The location is close to Haram and the bus of hotel is there to take you Haram. There are pakistani restaurants in the Tower so you dnt have to search for restaurants.

The staff members were cooperative enough to assist in English. Abdullah served me on my first day, he is a nice guy to coordinate with customers in the best way.
The staff were very welcoming, warm and accommodating. The facilities were very functional (e.g. had to wait very briefly for elevators), service was superb, with very respectful cleaning staff. Special mention to Aasim and Sultaan who were so very understanding.

Asim the manager and his crew were very polite and helping on the front desk . A very quick respond on request for any services . All the working employees were kind and welcoming .

Hotel is well known to taxi drivers. Availability of taxi is all the time. Shuttle bus service is available in every 20 minutes for Al-Haram.
